Leo Finley, 28, Missing From Roatan Since Christmas Morning
We don't have much to go on yet. Please stay tuned and contact your congresspeople to seek quick U.S. State Department involvement.
Reasons for Hope
The Missing Americans Project has not yet had a happy ending, if "happy ending" means finding our loved ones alive and well. However, each time someone goes missing it seems we learn about them or they about us a bit sooner. Resources are brought to bear. A bit of wheel-reinvention is made unnecessary.
Only more time and tears will get us to our first real happy ending. Please take a moment to stop by the project web community and get acquainted with the missing people and the families behind it. Awareness is the key to bringing about change.

Omar Yovany Banegas - New Missing Person in Honduras
A new name - Omar Yovany Banegas - has been added to the Missing Americans list on the U.S. Embassy in Honduras's website. Omar disappeared in Feburary, but I guess his family finally found the site and asked to have him put on it (State Dept. doesn't offer up such sensitive information unsolicited)...if anyone knows Omar's family, please tell them the Dunsavages would like to connect and help if we can.

"Zelaya doesn’t seem to have many political allies inside Honduras, just a group of angry supporters in Teguc. Here in Washington, DC, a crowd of his supporters held a rally yesterday at which the current ambassador, a Zelaya appointee spoke, though he seems to have been won over by the other side."
